HOW TO BOOK
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CELEBRATION
To begin planning your celebration, simply complete our enquiry form on our 'contact us' page, or if you prefer, we're always happy to chat by phone or email.
Simply tell us the date, approximate number of guests, type of event, chosen collections and themes or items you would like to hire. We'll then put together a personalised quote tailored to your requirements, with no obligation to book.
RESERVE YOUR DATE
If you're booking in advance, once you've decided you'd like to book, a £50 deposit for bookings under £100, or for bookings over £100, 50% of the total booking cost will secure your date. For bookings made within 4 weeks of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
THE FINAL DETAILS
Four weeks before your event, we'll be in touch to finalise the details and make any adjustments to guest numbers or hire items. At this stage, the remaining balance will be due, with a refundable breakages deposit payable seven days before the event. Of course. if plans change after this point, we will do our very best to accommodate any additional requests wherever possible.
