HOW TO BOOK
GET A QUOTE
Booking is very straightforward and starts with a no obligation quote. Simply contact us with your requirements either by phone or email (see contact us page). The key information we need is the date of the event, approximate number of people, reason for the party i.e. baby shower, birthday party, christening, anniversary etc, theme or colour scheme of the party if known and which package or items you would like to hire.
Once we’ve received your request, we will put together a quote in writing and email it through to you. This will be tailored around your request. There is no obligation to book by requesting a quote.
SECURE YOUR BOOKING
To secure your booking and to hold the date of the event, we require a small deposit based on the size of the event. Deposits are refundable up to 21 days prior, should you need to cancel for any reason however we do deduct a £25 admin fee from the deposit to cover time taken in planning etc.
Once booked we will then contact you approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the event to reconfirm all the details and finalise any changes in numbers or items required. Of course, if you wish to contact us prior to this to advise of any changes please do.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due 21 days prior to the event. Cancellation fees apply from 21 days prior to the event. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
